The wholecut shoe with it’s clean, unbroken lines is one of the best shoe models on which to show-off our unique limited edition patinas.
Our color maestros have created an extra-special combination of eggplant and soft teal shades, resulting in this unique appearance.
Through the use of various sponges, brushes, waxes and oils our patina artists have developed a special “Cezzane” patina pattern. The Cezzane pattern allows the colors to overlap and blend together, creating a swirling pattern of high & low intensities.
This limited edition shoe also features a brogue-style punching pattern on the toe-cap and apron.
Handmade on our Savile last, featuring a gently chiselled toe and elongated vamp, the Eggplant offers a pleasing contemporary aesthetic.
A quality Goodyear-welted leather sole ensures that this limited edition shoe will last long into the future.

Quality Goodyear Welted Production
At Civardi we are proud to produce all of our shoes and boots using a Goodyear welted construction.
This method of making shoe and boots results in a superior quality product.
Whilst this time-honored technique requires more time and resources, we feel that the resulting quality is worth the effort.
Our Patina leathers are achieved through a range of techniques for colouring, bleaching and darkening the leather.
This is an entirely handmade process using various polishes, dyes, waxes and oils. Each of our patina creations, be it a pair of shoes, boots, trainers or a belt, are the result of this labour intensive manual process.
For this reason there may be slight variations from one product to the next – this is to be embraced as these variations are a part of what gives a patina leather product its unique depth of character and soul.
Patina finishing is also known as antiquing and it does indeed give a product a “lived-in” appearance.
